"The waiting time it’s horrible. The average waiting time to be seen by the pediatrician is usually 1-1:30 hours AFTER the time that the appointment was booked for. It’s disrespectful. Very bad. Always the same excuses: “we had a difficult patience before”… which do NOT make sense when your appointment is between 8-9am, for example. It’s no sense. Other then that, I love my pediatrician. The staff in general is good and super kind. The system/management of the appointments hours and waiting time is the one that is not efficient!"
