"Run away - predatory pricing procedures! The docs may be OK, but while I paid for the allergy test up-front, they sent a mystery bill 8 months later without any explanation. I called and emailed for a month asking for a clarification and always got a response that the billing manager is not in, and will get back to me. I eventually sent them a certified letter with specific date to get back to me to explain - no response. Nearly a year after the test, I have an outstanding bill and I'm trying to get this solved. Run away from this unprofessional place!!!!"

"Horrible experience with a rude woman at the pembroke pines location. I believe her name is Beth. My insurance made in error with my sons insurance. While i was already on the phone with his pediatrician office she jammed another phone in my face and said "here ! " it was his insurance on the phone. She made it very obvious she was annoyed with me making faces, ignoring me at times etc. She attempted to charge me $250 for the visit just because the referral needed was not signed even though my pedtrician office informed her she would have it shortly. When i informed the doctor of her rude treatment 2xs he ignored it and just kept talking. When i informed another office administrator she ignored it as well. Obviously they accept their staff's rude behavior. Im very disappointed. I will say the doctors are good the staff just needs to be held up to professional standards. I will not be returning !"
