"Came to a very important doctor visit at the WPB location there no empathy no sympathy whatsoever the office manager Aleyda Rizzo did not care to see our one month old son due to the fact that our insurance has not been activated yet. This was a very important doctor visit to address his cardiac heart murmur. Per the office manager I quote, either we pay $450 which we cant afford, or they cannot see us. Even though the office manager know that the insurance is pending, and is retroactive to the date he was born. Instead, the office manager stated that they don’t want to go to this whole ordeal of Collection, so they need upfront payment. This is a horrible doctor office. I would never recommend it nor will I ever come back once my insurance is activated for our son. I would not recommend this office for anyone. I never felt so helpless in my life like this before. By far the worst Doctor office."

"Dr. Pearson was absolutely wonderful preforming my fetal echocardiogram! The front office women went above and beyond as well! Great experience for myself being 29 weeks pregnant and needing a special visit!"

"The doctors are phenomenal but the front office staff are very lazy. Someone was supposed to get my sons prescription paper work signed before I took him to get labs but they didn’t and now the doctor is out of the office and we can’t get the labs done. The doctor is good but the staff is horrible. I honestly feel like this is gross misconduct and they should be reported."

"I came to Kidz Medical to see Dr. Cruz - the Pediatric Pulmonologist. He took my concerns very seriously and listened to all I had to say. He also was receptive to the lengthy History of Presenting Illness I put together for my two year old, including all her illnesses and medications. He made me feel included in the treatment plan and my child is currently on medications that I believe are helping. We have follow-up visits scheduled to see if this is an ongoing problem for my child, and I feel he is very capable and knowledgeable. His staff were kind and accommodating of the appointment times, worst part of the visit was finding parking. Other than that, highly recommend this office and Dr. He seems great at what he does!"
