"I really did not want to write a bad review but I’m at the point where I have to. My 7 year old is a patient at Dr. Alvarez’s office. As you know kids get sick all the time. Every time I have called, I can’t get an appt. The office is closed. Etc etc. every excuse you can think of. I was shocked when I called on a Thursday and got an appt the following Monday. However my son really isn’t feeling great so I called Friday, I noticed they close at 1pm so I tried my luck calling at 11am. The woman who answered was… interesting. First of all she told me Dr. Alvarez doesn’t work Fridays anymore. Would’ve been great maybe to send a mass email to their patients letting us know that. I asked well is there someone else that can check him? She responded “no no other doctors work on Friday”. So I think, surely there’s a PA. Nope. Then she says “just take him to a pediatric urgent care”. So I ask “do you know of any in the area?” To which she responds “you can just google it”. I’m sorry but that’s terrible customer service. Of course I can google it but as my child’s pediatrician I would hope to get a recommendation of some sort. Especially when the doctor is literally never available. It’s really a shame because I really really liked Dr. Alvarez. She was really sweet and made my son feel really comfortable the ONE TIME she met him. So I was really hoping we had found the one since we’re new to this area. If you have children, perhaps pick a different pediatrician. Kids are sick too often to not have a doctor available when you need them."

"I would use all 6 senses when it comes to this clinic and be careful with choosing this healthcare provider as a trusting source for your care. Also if you have allergies this isn’t the place for you, they bring dogs to the office that follow you around and there’s hair everywhere."

"If I knew I would get billed $100 per child out of pocket bc of a "getting to know you" visit that pretty much counts for nothing - I never would have taken my kids to this practice. We now need to make another appointment with the doctor to complete school health documents even though she saw them within the year. My kids are both healthy and this was a complete waste of time and money."

"Finding Dr Sandra Alvarez has been a blessing to our family. In Ohio we went to 4 different doctors about my daughters eye and within one visit we had a script which completely healed her eye! She is caring and listens to the children you never feel rushed in her presence. She is a doctor for a reason and you can feel that reason in her presence she really wants to heal. I’m so thankful to call her our family physician."

"We fired our last pediatrician (Mostly due to being rushed during appointments, and a VERY aggressive vaccine schedule). We were very fortunate to find Dr. Sandra after an exhaustive search of in network providers. She is a very caring and thoughtful individual. She is great with the kids and is able to put the nervous ones at ease in no time. You never feel rushed during appointments, and she answers all questions as needed. All interactions with the staff have been positive. *Side note : Dr. Luis Alvarez, Dr. Sandra's brother, is my wife and my new Physician (also Phenomenal). Very convenient to have a single clinic location for our entire family. Highly recommended."
