"Dr. Napoles is amazing, but her office staff is completely incompetent. When I requested my children's records the office staff stated the records were in storage because my children had not been seen in a year. Fortunately I do not have sickly children and they did not need to be seen but once a year for their physical. Since I have left the practice, they have never forwarded medical records to the current physician and never replied to my requests for over two and a half years. Also, unfortunately they never updated the state immunization records but I have no choice and have to wait on them to supply the information and my patience is absolutely worn out. DON'T GO HERE FOR MEDICAL HELP!"

"Both Pediatricians in the practice are wonderful, patient , and caring. The front desk is always helpful and polite . My daughter has been there for over three years. Absolutely love them. I’m in the medical field and am very picky with doctors, have gone to several pediatricians that have not worked out. We found our match. Strongly recommende this office !"

"Dr. Annanapolis is a amazing doctor. But her sister, who works the front desk with the other incompetent employee, gave my wife and I the worst experience in a doctor office by far. The unprofessionalism and attitude showed to first time parents just boggles my mind. My daughter is now sick and they claimed it would take a week to fax paperwork to the new doctor who we need to see today. Ridiculous. If this helps anyone, I’m glad."

"The doctors are good however the staff member who is in charge of the office is awful -and not reliable. If you want things done on a timely manner do not go to this office. Here is what occurred with me-I had contacted them a week in advance to ask them to give me my daughters vaccine and physical records. She did not send it until THREE business days later as a result the weekend went by and I was unable to admit my daughter to the daycare on Monday as planned. As a result, I had to call off work to take care of my daughter. If you don't want to endure in the same problem I recommend you look for another pediatrician office. The doctors are good but the office staff is unreliable and inconsistent."

"I personally love Dr Napoles and her staff (I can’t remember names). The male doctor is excellent too. I remember the first time I took my daughter there, she was a new born, I was worry, impatient, nervous and I was mean to the staff because it was a new experience for me but her staff was super nice and they understood my situation. I asked for as room since I was feeling overwhelmed and they gave it to me. When I meet Dr Napoles my whole prospective changed. She is the sweetest, most attentive doctor ever. She will take the time to go over every single detail with you. I can tell she gave me the confidence I needed as i was a first time mom. She will go above and beyond to help you. I was seeking some doc for the Week office and she fax it to me within minutes. Honestly I won’t change her for the world. Her knowledge, kindness, experience….she is what every mom needs.
