"We are new patients and I’ve been trying to get refills on my children’s prescriptions and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! At a Pediatrician office none the less! This is unacceptable for a medical office to be so inconsiderate and inconvenient. Our pharmacy is beyond comprehending how they don’t even respond to Rx refills they send in! If your child needs to be seen right away or really for any medical issue, do not rely on this office! Run!"

"Edit 7/6/22: Service has been much better since my last review and we appreciate it very much. There is minimal waiting to get into a room. Dr. Sinder is very patient and takes the time to thoroughly answer questions and ensure everything is resolved before concluding the visit (which should be standard, but plenty of offices have turnaround time targets). He responds to questions submitted through the portal and returns calls in a very timely fashion. We are very pleased with Dr. Sinder and the MAs there and highly recommend."

"I have been exceptionally happy with this office since my children started their care with this office over a year ago. The office is always accommodating whenever I call needing a problem visit. The staff is always polite and always show concern. Dr. Hipp is amazing and never makes me feel rushed. I feel she really takes the time to hear my concerns. Her skills as a physician are top of the line. She was even able to diagnose my son when he became really ill and the ER couldn't. The office manager, Nicole, is easy to reach and easy to communicate with. She is very helpful. Since moving to Jax in 2016 we had been through two other pediatrician offices until we found this one! I'm glad we found them!"
