"Absolutely ridiculous! I’m in the medical field and this is completely unacceptable! Calling and being on hold for 30 minutes as you hear them talking in the background pick up and then put you back on hold. 30 minutes later to pick up and hang up on me. I called back on eight in line again which means another 30 minute hold for them to hang up on me again. I called anyway within 10 minutes picked up the phone and hung up on me again. Completely unprofessional I wish I was in the area. I would completely stop by and let them know how unprofessional this is. The office isn’t very sanitary any time I go in there. Doctors are very nice and PAs are very nice but the environment from the upfront office staff and cleanliness is one star!!!"

"Don't come waste your time here ❗❗❗ # .1 staff are super rude # .2 if you are late with a minute they will reschedule you or just won't take you #.4 there telephone is always broken its impossible to schedule a appointment. # .5 there is no where to park. # .6 if you have a appointment no matter what time they will always take you 2, 3 hours later, but don't worry they are very sorry. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL just don't come. Dr Orlando rendon is super nice"

"I went on 10/10/22 to get vaccine and physical copy for my son they told me they would call me when it was ready they never gave me a time frame so since no one called me back that day I went the next day 10/11/22 to see if it was ready the woman at the desk told me “if we didn’t call you its cause its not ready it takes 48 hours” i said why didn’t you tell me that yesterday ( it was the same lady) she just repeated what she said before… I don't know who it takes 48 hours to copy 2-3 pieces of paper but ok and it would be easier if you could just call about it but they NEVER answer the phone I always have to go in person to make appointments and or ask for records very inconvenient. I have been trying to get an appointment for my youngest son at the location closest to me for the longest but they never have space for him yet when I go over there to make an appointment for my older sons they have space but WEEKS later. I just think they are unorganized VERY UNORGANIZED and have more patients then they really can take care of maybe they should make another establishment in west side area"

"Early or on time you still wait 45 plus minutes in the limited occupant lobby. No outside seating. Nothing to distract small children. Calling just to speak to someone, the "appointment" holding line, RIGHT NOW 22 minutes on hold and havent spoke to one person. I have two children that go here and after 2 and half years, im starting to reconsider"

"The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I’m not able to register my daughter for Kindergarten and even though I called they act like I didn’t. It should not take over a week to get copies of records. It’s sad because the APRN’s are nice but all 3 of my kids will never go to their practice again and we’ve been patients for almost 10 years. Just trash attitudes and it’s uncalled for when you know you’re having phone issues and recording phone calls if you can even get through. It just keeps ringing 90% of the time during regular office hours. Do not go back here"
