"On God and all I know, this was the creepiest office visit I've ever had. This is NOT FATAH WALLIZADA who has amazing reviews in Jacksonville, FL. Every negative review is accurate. The "doctor" is not REAL. I felt like I was in the twilight zone or a creeper cell. I got my kids out of there so fast. I felt so unsafe. This office is behind Orange Park Medical on Kingsley and should be closed and PURGED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST. I'm like the lady on the airplane, these #@#$% are not REAL. I anointed my kids, my car, and prayed that God would intercede and allow this travesty of an experience to be removed from their minds. I'm not sure if they collect your information for legal purposes. They were writing on notebook paper. I can say more, but at this point I don't want to remember this experience ever again. This is not a joke and trust me when I say, stay away!!!"

"Do yourself a favor and find a new primary care doctor for your children. I took my son to walizad’s office because he was coughing and wheezing really bad, walizada prescribed him more antibiotics, the same ones he gives for an ear infection, after leaving I took him to the ER because my son was breathing worse and crying and could barely breathe, at the ER the doctors said he was having an “Asthma Attack”so they put him on the breathing machine and they said that my son needs one for home, after leaving the ER, I called walizada’s office and politely asked him to prescribe one he refused and insisted I just give him the inhaler he’s been using even though I told him the machine was more effective and take more antibiotics, then hung up in my face. Even when my child has an ear infection time and time again he didn’t want my child to see an ear specialist for a second opinion. They’re all about money. Again do not bring your child here because he barely examines the child. Again very unprofessional and disrespectful to my wife."
