"Great doctors office."

"My daughter has been going here for 10 yrs...never gets sick so only have to come for yearly exams. Office isnt what it used to be or this was a bad day. Appt was for 330. Got there at 325. We were called back quickly for height weight eye exam etc.....then placed in a room.....420pm we are still in the room waiting!!! .....I came out and reminded them we have been there 50 minutes and yet to be seen. ARNP came in 15 min later...she is always nice but that wait is unacceptable. my daughter C/o knee pain for a while.....was told they would give referral for physical therapy. I asked about XR for the knee....was told try physical therapy first. No pain is ever normal so I didnt understand or feel comfortable just taking my daughter to physical therapy without a picture....If something is abnormal, therapy could make it better or worse but how would we know without a picture. I complained about my daughters fatigue. I was asked if she had blood work drawn recently. I had to remind her all lab work has been with this office (they should know, her chart is in office or her chart should be reviewed before coming into room)...I specifically asked for blood work of iron studies....received basic labs (cbc, cmp)... everything except iron studies...Dont think we will be back. Im gonna find another practitioner. Listen to the patient. Waited an hr for a 10 min room visit."
