"Excellent service since 2006 the Dr saw my daughter and my daughter has always had very professional attention from the front desk assistants and the Dr, today they see my nephew and with him over the years they continue to be excellent, very professional and they answered all the questions and doubts we had with my newborn nephew, really Dr. Thank you very much, I will always recommend you!!!"

"Dr Vazquez was my child’s doctor since birth in 2014, she had every vaccine and physical done their. My daughter is sick today and they refused to see her because they decided to inactive my daughters account without sending me any notice! This is very disturbing, people in the medical field are their to service those who are sick, how do you turn away a child who has always been treated at that facility! Insurance is active yet they refuse to treat my 9 year old child who is crying in pain. I will never recommend this place to any family. Poor service, poor customer service! Just horrible"

"1 child is 11, 2- child is 9. Both have had Nivia Vasquez since birth. The doctors are very Knowledgeable and attentive. No complains with the doctors, my first has not seen Nivia Vazquez since he was maybe 2 and my second has never been seen by her. The doctors in the office change every few years, no complains with any of them. For years I’ve been telling my wife to change to a new Pediatric services, but she was comfortable with doctors care, distance from home and the fact that the kids have only been seen by (Nivia Vasquez). Complains have always been the same. Customer Service other then basic stuff is horrible. Child is sick and you either have to wait 1 or 2 days for an appointment. They specify that they are available on the phone 24/7 a week. But try to call them for an appointment and its not just call and they pick up. they have specific hours for some days of the week and if you try to visit the office u might find the office closed for lunch, doors locked. 11am to 1:30pm lunch. Weds they open at 1:30pm to 5:30 If you need a copy of the physical for school $20. Finally today is march 2023, my kids last Physical was on Nov 2022, on Dec 2023 I notified them of and Insurance change which they notified me that they do not take and i will have to find a new doctor. Because of my kids last physical was in Nov I would have to wait until Nov 2023 to be registered and be seen with the new doctor or something happens in between that they need medical attention. Today i ho to Nivia Vasquez office and in short version I was told that because they do not take my insurance they are no longer responsible for my kids and cant help me with any school forms needed. I would need to have the new doctors request my records so they can give me the school forms. Which is not true, after some back and forth they gave me what I needed for $40 charge. $20 per child. Definitely ask them CLEARLY If i was only a value patience as long as I had Insurance that they covered and answer was YES. MY ADVICE, Anything other then a yearly physical appointment, is a pain. Again 12 years almost of history and finally switching and I can say it is a relieve.. Just visit the new Doctors office and asking basic question I feel I have moved on to a facility that not only cares about the $$ but is also welcoming and caring for your experience."
