"Applied in November. Kept checking back to see status of my application and kept being told someone would contact me but never did. Suppose to go to interview and then got a text from HR that they wanted to wait until after first of the year. Kept checking and kept telling me someone will contact me soon. Never happened. Then today was told since I didn't come in that day I had to fill a new one out. So basically they told me they lost my application and trying to blame me for not coming in the day I was suppose to go in but then text me they wanted to wait until first of year lol Wow. Poor HR and poor way to run a business Very unprofessional plus I have proof lol They needed great drivers especially with these other reviews ,well they lost one now lol"

"Horrible company!!! They send a message at 11 pm saying the bus is not running tomorrow. Don’t they know that people have to work? The bus misses schedule 2 times at least a week. It’s been challenging to get the kids to school and make it to work, and gateway elementary charter school is doing nothing about it, they told me we do not garantie transportation. Never the charter schools again"

"A bus driver pulled across several lanes and cut us off and he was on his phone and there was a few kids on the bus had me so nervous I had to pull over could not stop shaking because we all could’ve collided due to his stupidity of driving. I am going to the police department off and I’m demanding a feedback from the company putting peoples lives in danger because you wanna talk on the phone not cool."

"This bus took a left turn in front of about 5 cars causing them all to swerve and slam on the breaks. Getting a closer look, driver was on his phone. Tried to signal to him and he just smiled. Be careful who you trust your kids with"

"The company will send texts at the time it should be picking up the children to advise that it will now be late. There have been times in the last year that the bus was over 2 hours late. How do you expect an elementary school student to stand at a bus stop for 2 hours? Terrible company. Anytime I have called, office staff has been so rude!"
