"Firstly, Dr. Sanchez is just overall rude, sarcastic and, doesn’t seem to really care much for questions from parents. He just dismisses anything you ask him as normal with no explanation. Secondly, if you expect to call with a question, don’t expect a call back. Left a message with staff twice never heard back from him. Don’t expect the front desk to schedule your child’s next appointment either. That’s your problem. Third, After my third visit to their office and limited experience as a new dad, they refused to see my NEWBORN son until I changed the PCP on my insurance rather than handling it at a later time. Front desk staff was rude the whole way through. After spending 45 minutes in the waiting room on the phone with insurance while watching other parents walk in, the lady at the front desk asked me why it was taking so long because the doctor had to leave. This was at 12:30. The only reason I didn’t curse them out on the spot was out of respect for the children there at the time. This is a practice that cares more about their pocket than their young patients and I wouldn’t trust my goldfish’s health with them. Take my advice. Seek care elsewhere!"

"This office is absolutely unorganized, which is very sad because the doctors are great and they have a couple nurses there that have been there a long time that are also great. The office staff has always been extremely unorganized and uninformed. They never call back and leave you on hold very very long. Ingrid is absolutely terrible and has zero manners yells and get sassy very quick!They raise their voice over and get snappy whenever you ask too many questions . I have three children that were born in this place and had been with the office for over 8 years.... because of the amazing doctors. We always struggled getting paperwork or information from the front desk because they honestly don’t know what they are doing half the time. I swear they need to hire an office management company to get this in order. Rude, Rude, Rude is all I can say. Thank god I just switched. We are going to miss Dr.Sanchez and his amazing bedside manner.... but the constant hold on the phones and lack of knowledge and respect is not worth the trouble. They actually hang the phone up on you if they don’t like what you have to say."
