"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I called to obtain my son's allergy results, and the office manager's behavior was absolutely appalling. She flatly refused to provide me with the results, displaying a high level of rudeness throughout our interaction. She insisted that I must see the doctor before receiving the results, despite the fact that I had paid for my son's appointment and lab results. To make matters worse, she erroneously claimed that my insurance had covered the cost, not me. I was taken aback by this blatant disregard for my rights as a patient and a parent. It was only after I reminded her of the HIPAA law, which clearly dictates that she cannot refuse my request, that she begrudgingly agreed to let me pick up the results in person. The office manager's attitude and behavior throughout this ordeal were completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I went to the office to collect the results, I thought it was only fair to address the issue with the office manager. I expressed my concerns and politely suggested that she owed me an apology for her behavior. However, she responded with nothing but condescension and eye-rolling. She even went so far as to suggest that I had threatened her when, in reality, all I had done was assert my right to file a complaint with HIPAA to ensure my access to the results. I cannot help but wonder if the office manager's attitude is rooted in sexism or a bias against single fathers. Regardless of her motivations, it is clear that she has a problem with individuals who are knowledgeable about their rights and the law, especially when they are concerned parents like myself, simply trying to ensure the health and well-being of their child. This entire experience has been not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing."

"ok I literally was one of Doctor fangs first patients the office wasn’t even finished at miramar. She saw my girl for a few years and then the nurse or the p.A I never saw Dr.Fang again which is fine but now the wait times and I just called for an appointment for physicals it took me 3 days to get thru because no matter the time voicemail or please wait for hours literally and now the appointments are two weeks ahead. If I wait until August then they tell me there busy why did I wait I call and you are telling me if I don’t take your appointment for two weeks from today then the middle of August again ?"

"Dr. Linda is super amazing. I absolutely love the staff. This is my second time around. I have a 6 year old and 10 month old. The office enthusiastic behavior towards your children are superb. Hands down the best pediatric office ever between the three countries. You will never find this type of quality care in other offices. Totally love them."

"Our family has been with Kiddyatrics for 6 years and we are very happy! We are always able to get appointments when needed, even same day, and the online scheduling makes it very easy to get back to back times (important with 4 kids). All of the staff is well trained and comfortable with children, they take the time to listen and learn their patients. I have waited a few times, but it was usually when I did a same day appointment, and the caring and loving environment makes it worth my time. Highly recommend!"

"I left pediatrics associate in chapel trail when my son was 9 month old in 2010. I went straight to her the same day because I knew there was something wrong with my son. Sure enough he had asthma and needed the nebulizer right away at her office. Since then I will never change my doctor because she is caring and very knowledgeable. Both the other doctors there are caring knowledgeable as well. I don't mind seeing any of them. Her staff has change over the course and they are super nice and helpful. I've never had a problem with any of her staff. People don't get that going to a doctor's office can be a wait sometimes. I've gone in and have been seen in and out within an hour. I've also called the same day and had to wait longer then hour but no more then 2 hours. It's a process with your insurance and getting patients in. They care for you there and I've moved away to another state and moved back and came right back to them. I love them there!! They take their time with their patients and don't get you out as fast just to move on with more patients. They listen to what you have to say. I am forever grateful with the doctors and staff!!"
