Dr. Cordero Pediatric Office

"I hate to do this but the people up front think they can judge and say anything like it’s there business or they are the doctors Dr Cordero is such a nice guy but need to see who he hires, for people like them he looses patients and it sucks because my kids been with him since they were born they are rude they hang up on you when they don’t like that I ask for her name to complaint and block your number had to call from my sons phone it’s sad to leave such a good doctor that knows my kids since they are born and these is the second time this happens to me last time I was leaving but Dr Cordero wife talk to me and she said sorry on behalf of their receptionist but the point is they need to learn how to treat people and stop being rude."

"In looking at DR Cordero's past reviews, two things are obvious. The staff he employs doesn't do their job, and he doesn't care that that they don't do their job. These two things are the cause of my family's horrible experience. Lets just say that because of his staff's incompetence, their disregard for duties of their position, and his apparent lack of concern of whether his staff is performing the duties of their position, has resulted in a completely unwarranted visit by a state agency which almost resulted in the removal of a 1 year old from the parents, and did cause two days of pure hell for those of us involved. On top of that, again because of the incompetence and disregard, the child has not been treated for an infection for the last two months because "someone forgot to do, or schedule a follow up"?? You would think that someone with 36 years of experience in the medical field would do better than this."

"If you're looking for a responsive, organized, caring staff, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The phone is never answered, when you get lucky enough to get connected, the person on the phone talks to you in a manner of a hurry that it doesn't give you the chance to think of any other questions that you might have. Just called the office, Thursday at 1:12 pm, and the office is currently closed?? Dr Cordero is outstanding my daughter loves him very much, it's very unfortunate that his office staff does not have the ability to stand up for his patients."

"My 4 children have been seeing Dr. Cordero since they were babies. I love the office and miss it being a family doctor's office. Now not one person who works upfront speaks English and they shame you by keeping you on hold for 30 minutes and then hanging up on you after waiting! Apparently it takes that long to find someone who speaks English in that office to assist with a phone call. I am truly shocked that I can no longer get assistance with the front desk."
