"Dr Tali has always been great! I love her as a doctor, I love how she cares for her patients, and my daughter loves her. HOWEVER, her new office staff is awful, I am on Medicaid at the moment. I requested a new card, which I didn’t receive before going into the office so I brought the temporary card the state gave me. I received nothing but attitude from the guy at the front.. after not being acknowledged at all for a few minutes. There’s a number the “provider” needs to call on the bottom of the temporary card, which he refused to call and said I needed to. I couldn’t get the information they needed cause I’m obviously not the provider, so I just left cause when I went back up I was again, not even acknowledged. I’ll be finding a new doctor unfortunately, because in a professional setting you need professional people. I really hope the best for Dr.Tali and I wish her office staff was more helpful."
