"A month ago I had an unpleasant interaction with one of their office staff, I called asking them to fax the right school physical form to my child’s school because the first one that was faxed was wrong, the girl was overwhelmingly rude and unhelpful, another employee got on the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about, confirmed that she had the form in her hand and said she would get it taken care of (this has never happened before) so I emailed Lisa the administrator regarding what happened because of how I was treated by the first girl, it was that bad. Lisa called me back soon after and seemed worked up right off rip as if she was expecting to argue with me. She briefly acknowledged the rude employee and said she would address it and then went on argumentatively telling me they can’t just fax it over because it’s a special form that they don’t have. I understandably got frustrated because I was literally just told they had this form by one of their employees which meant she wasn’t aware of this or was lying, and just to make things clear, no I was not yelling. It was confirmed over the phone prior to my interaction with Lisa that this form exists in their office. This was something that could’ve simply been handled electronically, this was something I had to have faxed that day or my son would not be able to stay at school. I was never able to explain my entire issue thoroughly because there wasn’t a time where she would let me finish what I was trying to say. I was cut off a number of times and every time she continued to get louder. That ended up escalating our conversation into an argument, which resulted in me dropping the F bomb one time. No I didn’t cuss her out, no I didn’t call her names. Ironically they ended up faxing that form to his school after everything and then canceled my son as a patient. I have been through hell and back with my son trying to get him acclimated in school and Robyn the nurse practitioner was helping him. I feel hurt and betrayed by this doctors office. My sons care is now delayed. I’ve never been cancelled by a doctors office or had any of these issues. My daughter has gone here since birth and I’m just extremely disappointed. This was so unprofessionally handled. I would have given it one star but the providers are actually great here. This was an issue with office staff strictly."

"Love Dr Collins he always answers all my questions and treats me like a real person, but HATE the wait time. I was in the office for over 1 1/2 hours for an A1C blood test and about 15 minutes with the doctor and a flu shot. I was supposed to have a breathing test and was told the technician would be back 'soon" but that didn't happen for some reason and i was never tild why and tired of waiting so i didnt ask. Something should be done about excessive wait times this is not new. Also, the person who took me back and did my vitals and confirmed info was not especially great. Just going through the motions and hardly looked at me through the process. Good think I really like my Doctor."

"Dr. Grogg is the best physician I have seen in Sarasota. He takes the time to answer your questions and actually listens. He is not rush, rush. He will sit and explain everything and will put you at ease. I really feel like he cares. Every time I go in for lab work, they are efficient and quick. The staff is always friendly."
