"I was asked to be there 10 minutes early. I get there 20 minutes earlier than my actual appointment. I was surprised to see that every patient that came in after me was seen and dismissed before me. The NP came into my room to start checking my child. Then was called by the office staff to leave and go see someone else who came into the office after me. I was the last one to finish being seen although I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. Just can't get fair service in this city these days"
