"I will start off by saying Dr. Paulus has the best personality and she genuinely listens to concerns and provides answers or solutions to finding answers. That being said, I will sadly be finding a new doctor. Trying to get an appointment is crazy because she's booking so far out. I called today because I need a physical and to have my labs done and was told she's scheduling to next summer for a yearly exam. I'm a full time Florida resident and having to wait almost a year for a physical seems crazy. Now full transparency I haven't had my physical since 2021, I work full time and getting the time off isn't easy plus life but still, having to wait 7-8 months to be seen and get a lab order is crazy and makes me so sad. I asked the office when I called today if she's aware how far out she's booking and was told she is aware."

"Not taking new patients. Didn’t these doctors take an oath To provide health care? This is ridiculous that an individual cannot select the doctor they want. What has Sarasota come to? Shame on the health care system!"
