"My first appointment with Dr. Patel was a great experience. I found him to be attentive, considerate, and overall pleasant to interact with. He listened to my concerns, and addressed my issues head-on. He was quick to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy, and get my referral for other services where they needed to be in a timely manner. Teresa was also very helpful; she was easy to share my concerns with, and paid attention to what I said. One other thing I appreciate about Dr. Patel's practice is someone actually answers the phone when you call. There isn't an automated service that sends you around in a circle, pressing buttons. The staff deserves credit for such great etiquette. Thanks Dr. Patel and staff! I look forward to being a patient with your practice."

"I have been working for Dr. Patel for a year now, and I can't express how much I love my job and the people I work with. Dr. and Mrs. Patel not only treat their patients as family but their staff too. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond for all patient's including Dr. Patel himself. Every day we are constantly scheduling visits, sending out referrals, getting authorizations from insurance, maintaining refill requests and sending information to other doctors to continue continuity of care for all our patient's. Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor who not only takes the time to listen to his patients but he has a way of putting them at ease and making them feel comfortable with their visit. If you need a PCP who will go above and beyond Dr. Patel is the one who will do just that."

"I can not recommend Dr. Patel although I really wanted to like him. At first he seemed very compassionate and concerned but after a hospital stay and many run ins with his office staff I no longer feel comfortable with him as my doctor. His office staff is very unprofessional and they do not relay messages of importance to the doctor and he does not return calls."
