"If I could give this office no stars, I would. They’re incompetent. As a nurse, I know more than the NP there and have begged for several referrals for my step son. To which my husband continues to give them permission to speak with me and do the necessary things for his son. They continue to let the mother get away with changing address and phone numbers as well as blocking him the own father from speaking to the doctor while his son is being seen. Also continues to have the staff take me off hippa. They are aware dcf is heavily involved with his sons well being and yet continues to drop the ball on allergy referrals and podiatrist referrals. Thank god Nemours stepped in and has handled his sons well being much better than this hole in the wall. The staff that answers calls always hangs up on my husband and does not contact him back regarding his sons well being when infact his father is the one who has always taken him to this office. They do not follow Hippa regulations and are not parent friendly nor do they care enough to get their patient well. Complete and utter failures here ran by a NP and not a Pediatrician. This is a poorly ran Medicaid clinic and it shows."

There was a little wait, but it's also the begining of school so everyone is sick. The visit was quick and to the point. I appreciated their help, I'll be bringing my son back when needed."
