"TRAIN YOUR SCHEDULING STAFF!!! After speaking at length with the scheduling department on more than one occasion, I scheduled my two sick children to be seen by the doctor. They were already established in the system, but this would have been their first visit. I disclosed the situation to the scheduling department more than once during the 8AM call that I was unable to bring them to the appointment due to being a single mother with a full time job, and they would be escorted by their maternal grandmother. I signed several pieces of electronic paperwork for this disclosure as well. My dear mother rearranged everything she could to help me get my children to the doctor... only to be told in person they would NOT take them because I was not there. When else could this have been said? Definitely on the phone and before they showed up in person coughing and fussing all over the place. The existence of the policy is fine but the HONEST communication is abysmal."

"Dr.Cannon is the absolute best! She’s been seeing all 3 of my kids from the day they were born. When I had my second baby she even went to the hospital to check up on my baby. She’s always there when I need her. She’s very through with my kids and always does the absolute best with my kids! I highly recommend her! She’s the best! Your kids could not have a better doctor!"
