Dental Arts St. Pete Beach

"Excellent business and an enjoyable experience here at Dental Arts-St. Pete! While on vacation in Florida, I had pain in my upper right jaw due to two problematic crowns, one of which was installed just last year back home in the Chicago area. So on Google, I looked up a few dentists here in SW Florida and I fortunately chose Dental Arts because of several good reviews (4.7 rating, well-deserved) and it being only 12 minutes away from where I'm staying. And when I called for an appointment, I was greeted by a pleasant and sweet young woman "Zoe" who seemed genuinely interested in my becoming a new patient. Plus, Zoe squeezed me in that same day! When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by receptionist "Yari" who efficiently handled my paperwork. Then I met "Frank" who took x-rays and totally explained their process of treatment. Then, my dentist Dr. Robert Seize did the examination and listened to my explanation of my previous dental work. Diagnosis: removing and replacing two crowns that weren't compatible. Next, I met with office manager Zoe, who professionally discussed with me my insurance coverage and my net cost which, based on previous experience, was very reasonable...and she helped me with financing my procedure over 12 months. They scheduled me only two days later for the extraction and both Frank and Dr. Seize worked very well together in removing the old crowns completely and cleaning that area well. When I asked how it went, Frank said Doc did a great job, very thorough. And Frank is an expert in fitting me with the two temporary crowns. I can't say enough about the professionalism, efficiency and politeness of this staff (even including "Marco", a hygienist who didn't even know me but also greeted me warmly). Even though I vacation in Florida for less than two months every winter, I think I'll utilize Dental Arts-St. Pete as my regular dentist!"

"Dr. Sorelle and her staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I hadn’t had a cleaning in quite awhile and rather than berate me about my teeth as other dentists have in the past, her and her staff suggested some treatment paths to get me back up to snuff. There was no pressure, and no feeling like I was being looked down upon for having put it off for awhile. Overall a pleasant experience. Clean building, plenty of available parking."

"I was a new patient, a snowbird and a little concerned about going to a new office. However, they were all fabulous. First of all Zoe the office manager did a wonderful job of keeping me informed regarding what was happening and what the next steps would be. That was very much appreciated. The first day I dealt with Marco and Franky. They were both extremely personable and competent. Marco showed a great deal of concern regarding the pain I was in and focused all of his attention on my immediate needs. It was his birthday, but he said it was ok that I didn't sing to him. I then meant with Dr. Bako who also was totally focused on making me comfortable and provided me with a prescription to take care of my infection. Day two I was greeted by Franky who ushered me into room #5. What a great guy. I felt like he was a new friend and was going to take good care of me. He explained everything that was going to happen and he walked me through each step as we moved along. I was also impressed with all of his work. Everything he did was done with meticulous care. Dr. Bako did a fantastic job and constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok. He made me feel very confident that I was receiving the best possible care. He and Franky make a great team. My wife doesn't need any dental work right now, but when she does, this is the place she will go. Thanks to the whole team for helping me through a very difficult time. Pete Atchinson"
