"We love Dr. Fatmi. He has taken care of our family for 20 years now. Starting with our oldest down to our youngest of 7 children. I love Dr. Fatmi’s conservative approach across various ailments our kids have had. Bedside manner is calm and educational. Especially when we were scared with asthma issues. He actually listens to the parents takes their input into consideration. Coming in with multiple children in different settings isn’t always a great experience for us. However Dr. Fatmi and his team has always welcomed us in; even on same day appointments for sick visits. Our prescriptions are called in immediately. Often ready by the time we get home. Dr. Fatmi also answers us via telehealth if appropriate. After hours calls for urgent situations are received kindly. I never felt like I’m a burden. Physicals are handled in a systematic approach with taking vitals and asking questions. Sadly my oldest son has aged out (lol only sad because we love Dr. Fatmi and trust him fully) but thankful he’s there for our other six children. We plan on being here for the next 15 years until the “baby” ages out. The warm family atmosphere is a closing statement win. He remembers us, life, situations etc. we’re not just another patient in and out. Thank you Doc for loving on our babies as much as we do!"

"This place is the most unprofessional pediatric practice I’ve ever been to. I can’t think of one positive thing in the grand scheme. There’s constant unprofessionalism coming from the front desk (one lady in particular). The clinicians leaves little to be desired. The nurse practitioner, jay was trying to stop her front desk worker who, btw, needs anger management, from fighting a mother with her new born. The new mom had to pass her baby off to the dad and ran out the door to not get hurt. The front desk lady had no regard for babies, toddlers, parents, staff, or any patients in the office. She argued and lashed out profanities so loud my daughter was frightened. She was out of control! That should be unacceptable and she should be held accountable. She’s a major liability to the practice. The leaders; Dr Fatmi, jay, are afraid to correct her. God don’t like ugly. God will deal with them."
