"As a medical professional myself, I am DISGUSTED with this office. The nurse gave my niece shots and did a finger stick with NO GLOVES ON. There were no gloves or soap in the room. Staff was rude, doctors was incompetent. Listened to heart and lung sounds over the clothing. Any good doctor would know to listen under the clothing. And she had weird stethoscope placement. Taking her to get another physical done elsewhere."

"Horrible clinic, staff is lazy and rude, they schedule you for one time but you won’t be called until an hour or more after and when you ask the front desk staff how long they’ll tell you to go find the nurse and find out…. I’ve never experienced such disgusting treatment especially from a pediatric. They are only allowed to get away with this because most patients are immigrants."

"We just moved to Florida and this has been the worst experience ever. We made an APPOINTMENT yet this place is running like a walk in clinic. We have been here over an hour past our appointment time waiting. There is a global pandemic and they got 20 people piled in the office waiting. They say there is the option to call to check in from your car but when you call the number nobody answers. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If I didn't need physicals for school i'd definitely walk out! I do not recommended this place!!!"

"I see all these bad reviews talking about it being packed and taking so long to get service but you have to remember if it's that packed then they provide good service. It's not their fault if you're a rude customer and they don't want to make 'eye contact' with you. They have the best service for such a reasonable price; it's also tied to your insurance soo you better get some. They help low-income families while trying to keep their business running. If you're going to complain so much how about you go to I don't know a clinic where you have to pay $500 for a simple shot. I guess not right? So, as I just said before, go somewhere else."

"I wouldn't even call this a doctor's office! The office staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Even with an appointment your there for hours waiting. The lounge is so small and doesn't have room for a lot of people; No toys and tv to distract the kids. It's dirty, it's like they never sweep or mop the office. There's old peeling paint on every wall, dust on the ac vents and pieces of the ceiling is missing! My daughter got her shots and my old pediatrician gave me a copy of her shots and a physical form for my records before I left, if I needed another I had to pay. I asked for a copy for my records and they were charging I me $5 each form! Don't come here find another place."
