"I love doctor nimbargi but his staff is rude nasty and none caring individuals I have met christian is one of the medical assistant over at orange city office she is so nasty and disrespectful she has no heart to be working around kids and the office manager linda is rude with no compassion i have a autistic child thats needed meds and a physical we had an appt for 4/20 @ 4pm I called at 1131am to let them know we would be 5-10 min late because we were coming from.a different county christain told me I had to reschedule they were to busy iasked if I can speak with manager because I felt it was rediculous that I had to rescheduled my appt if calling 5 hours in advance to let them no imvot to be 5-10min late. RUDE NASTY DISRESPECTFUL. My child is on a controlled medication we go see the doctor monthly and every month u have to call days later to remind them to send meds to cvs because they forget. Smh please bring doctor nimbargi back to his offices. The staff here is so nasty and disrespectful and at the orange city location. They very rude. Front desk in orange city hangs up in your face , make mistakes and act like it's not a big deal. They nasty and rude"
"They never answer the phone at the new location on Maitland Ave. The voice-mail is an auto generated message that doesn't tell you where you are calling & they never return messages. You also never see the same doctor twice....the people are always trying to sell you something that you don't need or refer you to places that are too far away like Lakeland/Deltona....."
"This doctor bought a satellite practice from my son's former pediatrician. I've never even met this guy. Everytime we go in, which is rarely, there's a different provider and staff. It's terrible. Worse, they use every opportunity to extort money. They won't even fax a referral without shaking you down for an office visit because "you were here two whole months ago and we had a different provider." How is it my fault that they can't keep staff? Don't bother with these people."
"WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE. Not even Wal-Mart will accept a prescription from this practice. That says a lot. They are the most unprofessional and disorganized business I’ve ever engaged with. As a patient of 11 months, I hardly ever saw the same doctor twice. It often took 5-10 phone calls and/or combination of emails over 1-3 days for any type of response. Our final straws were noticing the uncleanliness of the office, the collection of dead bugs in waiting room where children play (took pictures), issuing my husband’s prescription in another patient’s name (not realized until he was denied at pharmacy drop-off), the issuance of incorrect quantity on my prescription just weeks later (while I’ve been on the same medication for 4 years), and the impatience and unwillingness to correct their error so my insurance would cover the additional (corrected) prescription. This office is a compete zoo. Avoid at all costs."
"I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Nimbargi so I made an appt. I was planning on switching my husband and sons there as well depending on how my visit went. Well, it didn't go at all. After sitting there filling out paperwork for a half an hour the lady in the front tells me I owe $97. I've never even been here before and my co-pay is $0. I said where did you get $97 from? THEY WANTED ME TO PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. I am 35 years old and have never in my life been asked to pay my deductible at the time of service. I have medical issues and need to see the doctor at least once or twice a month. There's no way I'm paying $97 at every single Dr. Visit. My son has Autism so our deductible is usually met fairly quickly with all his therapies and Dr visits. I will either wait until our yearly deductible is met or just find a different office. It's a shame because I really wanted my whole family at the same office."
