"I have been very pleased so far with the care received for my 4 children. Even though it was the holidays, Dr. Diaz De Ortiz called me on her day off to inform me of my daughters test results that she had a UTI and made sure she called in a prescription to the pharmacy. She is very thorough and I appreciated that I didn’t feel rushed."

"Nice front desk staff but that’s about it. We saw Dr. Diaz. Maybe I am spoiled by our previous pediatrician in New Orleans but I felt bedside manner and overall knowledge lacking. There was no full assessment done on my 2.5 month old and no full history taken. I left the office with no answers for him having fever and diarrhea for two days. Additionally, on our way out she said she sent in a prescription that now 4 hours later she hasn’t sent and I am struggling to each anyone at the office to get it sent. Would not recommend this place."

"01/31/2022 UPDATE: Dr Edgardo Feliciano's replacement Dr. Lilliam Vazquez Maldonado is terrible. Seems like she just reads off the internet on what to say to her patients/parents. She prescribed anti-nausea medication to my son in PILL FORM!!! He is only 6 yrs old. He is unable to swallow pills!! At his yearly follow up she was so basic with the advise she was giving us. I will def be looking for another pediatrician. 01/2021 Best doctors and staff hands down. So welcoming. They have very pristine office. Not a thing out of place and very clean. I can not complain about anything. From the receptionist to staff and doctors in the back my experiences have been nothing but positive."

"I just want to express how "at home" the staff made us feel even on our very first visit. I was so happy to finally have found a Doctor that actually will take his time to make sure my son was comfortable with him. He didn't get annoyed when my son was being a little difficult. I loved the doctor's personality and charisma. I also loved the nurse whom besides the fact that my son needed to get blood drawn by her, she made him feel very comfortable and had all the right skills and personality to make the best out of the situation. So much that my son still showed them all some love before leaving. He even said it was fun after all. Lol. I'm so happy and feel very blessed that I found Soma Medical Center."

"Very nice doctor and staff i like how quickly they were able to give my baby an appointment since he was born recently. Also, I like how they give me charts to see how my newborn is progressing in growth. Doctor listens to my concerns regarding my baby health, and he is very informative. His staff are very helpful and the facility is clean they even sanitize the clipboards before handing it to you to fill out the new patient paperwork."
