We were taken in to the examining room at or around our appointment time.Our meeting and examination by Dr. Umana was excellent in that he listened to us, took his time to review and explained our lab results as well as the results of his physical exam. We like his demeanor, patience and medical expertise.My wife and I would not hesitate recommending him to our friends and family. My only reason for giving him 4 and not 5 stars is because his staff did not obtain our lab requests prior to our actual examine which resulted in us having to come back a second time rather than having our lab results available during our initial examine."
