"I went to my consult appointment this morning. Everyone was very nice, and explained everything to me. They are an all in one practice, which is very important, and close to my home. The office was clean, everything was explained. Dr. Lee was very nice, as were the Assistants and Office Manager. I will be getting my work done there and feel I will be in good hands."

"I woke in excruciating pain, four hours from home, and when I called my dentist's office, I found out it closed permanently (so that was useless even if I could get back down there). I showed up at Aspen, explained my situation, and everyone there was wonderful, from the front office staff (who spent her own lunch break trying to help me) to the x-ray tech, to the dentist, and the gum expert, and hygienist. They explained single thing they were doing before they did it. They explained the next steps I would need, gave me a print out, and added very helpful hand written notes. I am a terrified dental-phobic patient, but I will absolutely be trusting them with my dental work moving forward."

"At first the staff seems nice. They automatically start taking X-rays. When a dentist comes in, the first thing he says is have you ever had a deep cleaning? I answered no. Never. I have my teeth cleaned every six months. Never had any issues. The dentist automatically states I need a deep cleaning and I say no. He gets annoyed and leaves the room. After a long while the X-ray tech comes in and says they need the room and that I can wait in the waiting room. I left. I know that game. They were mad that I didn’t automatically say ok to deep cleaning. Very rude dentist. I don’t know if it’s just a Florida thing or a Citrus County thing that insists you need a deep cleaning. Screw the insurance, I’ll pay for my own dental work and go back to my dentist"
