"I moved to Wesley Chapel and took my 27 month old daughter to Pediatric Health Care Alliance in Lutz and was seen by Dr. Robert Buzzeo. Not only did he not introduce himself when he came in the room but he kicked my daughter and I out of his practice and said to never come back because I wanted the vaccines spread out instead of all of them at the same time. She was missing 1 MMR which is 3 vaccines in one, 2 Hep A shots and the flu vaccine which I know is optional but he wanted to do ALL of them in one day. I also told him my daughter had a runny nose and I would prefer to wait when she is well. He said, "this is ridiculous" and proceeded to tell me he doesn't see unvaccinated kids and asked me to leave and told the office staff to not count this visit at all. I asked the office staff for paperwork on that visit and they said it's like it never existed. I would have done the Hep A that day but when I asked the nurse how it was transmitted, she said through blood and bodily fluids, sex. So I told her I would wait on that one. Came to find out on my own research that she was very wrong. It's transmitted through water and food. A caring doctor would have educated me on the vaccines and my choice of spreading them out instead of refusing to see my daughter because he wanted HIS WAY. I had no problem with her previous pediatrician spreading the vaccines even if it meant I was there every month spreading them out instead of every 2 months having several at once. She is up to date with the exception of the MMR given at 1 year old (my choice to wait. She is not in daycare). The hep A is due now and flu shot is optional so he had no reason to treat me the way he did. He deserves ZERO stars!!"
