"A used swab on the floor, broken chair, broken light, dingy looking tools, and no cover on the chairs is what you'll find in this ghetto-like "dentist office". I had an appointment at 2:30 today to have a procedure done and they got me in the room close to 3. Not too bad, but then I was examined AGAIN and told what I needed to have done AGAIN. (They had seen me perviously to set up the appointment today.) After that they told me it'll be another 40 mins until I would be seen. I told them I was done and going to an actual REAL dentist office. Oh, side note... don't buy their fake dental plan. It does little to nothing for the cost."

"Terrible service. I called and made an appointment for my 12-year-old son with a cracked molar. I told him how old he was and gave them his birthday during the call. Then the next day they call me and cancel it saying they refuse to treat children. Then they had the nerve to text me the following day asking why the appointment was canceled and if they can reschedule. Terrible!"

"I received a bill for service over a year ago. The services are covered by my insurance 100%. The bill was more than 50% of the invoice. When questioned. Cynthia told me it was denied by my insurance. Yet my insurance paid half of the bill. My representative was on a three way call and corrected your facilities charges. Wow come to find out it is 100% covered. Watch your invoices closely as they have many discrepancies. BBB is notified next."
