"Took my daughter to this office several times, most of those times we saw the RNP, she was great.But twice we saw Dr. Masterman, both times she was horrible. She had a terrible bedside manner, she was impatient and was rude to my daughter. She was even rude and unkind on the phone twice. We’ve since moved on to another doctor and we are much happier. She may have been voted the best Doc of 2019, but she has since outgrown that title."
