"I called Friday to schedule my kids first appointment. It was a little late as I had called the wrong doctor’s office earlier only to find out, after providing their names and birthdays, I was calling the wrong office and the lady there was nice enough to provide me this doctor’s name as my childrens doctor. After looking up the name, I called the doctor’s office. He told me to call back on Monday and he would get them in. I had work to my home scheduled so I called today. The lady who answered was extremely rude and lazy! I was unable to find the children’s cards right away because no one ever asks for them, they always look them up by their birthday and names. The lady on the phone, refused to even take their names requested their social security numbers? I’ve had 4 doctors in 13 years for my kids and have never been talked to or treated this way. I told her if she was refusing to take the time to look up my kids information, I would take them somewhere else. My baby has an issue that needs immediate attention and ordering new cards and waiting is not an option. She told me to find another doctor. Too bad the doctor seems nice but the lady I dealt with was garbage and unapologetic. I guess instead of searching for African doctors for me kids, I’ll support who is willing to do the work and except my kids."

"This dr is rude and unprofessional and seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I made a suggestion on my daughters illness as to why she may have a fever and was laughed at. She was prescribed medicine without him even knowing what was wrong with her. Wouldn’t do a urine sample to check for a uti or any kind of testing to check for infection. Just said here’s a prescription see if this helps. Will not be bringing my kids back here ever again. Staff is nice though."
