"Landed for a guy to look at my plane. Literally 20 minutes. Lady ran out saying I need to register. I was not leaving my plane there. I was told I'd have to pay service fee or buy gas. I bought the minimum. Of course they need the money because they had 4 line guys riding around on a golf cart. What a joke."

"We came in for a day trip in a small plane, but when we landed they treated us like we were in a private jet. The ground crew greeted us with a smile and the staff was super helpful. The facility was clean and they even had mouth wash in the bathroom. All of this for a $15 day fee. We will be back"

"Flew with Timberview Helicopters. Would like them to have better organization at Check in and to ask guests if interested in the video of the flight beforehand. I was really disappointed because I really wanted the video. The pictures could've been better as well. Enjoyed the Helicopter ride, the ride was very smooth."

The line guy always guides me to parking and handles my fueling quickly. Crew cars and facilities are very nice. As a charter operator I'm more concerned about service for my clients above all else. It's important to me they get a good overall experience. Destin Jet, so far, has always delivered."
