"Ordered beef chow mein. Literally just got a pile of beef and a pound of onions. Dude on the phone acted like the mere act of talking on the phone was the single-handed, most stressful thing he's ever had to do. Thought the place would have been packed with how much he was rushing on the phone. Got there, and the place was empty. Last time I'll ever eat here again. The first time, the chicken tasted old and hard. Figured it was a fluke. Nope, these people are just incompetent. Hope they go out of business."

"This location is under new management. All new people in the location. Just two people working in the entire restaurant. I came during lunch and it was ridiculous how long I had to wait and I called my order in ahead. The chicken was cooked too hard. The rice tasted very bland. Never again. I would give them NO STARS but this system makes me give them at least one star."
