"I would never recommend this office to anyone. The office staff is extremely ignorant and very disrespectful. The doctors (Dr. Bell, Dr. Staples and Practitioner Pope)in the office are not professional. They don’t know how to treat patients and their answer for everything is to send you to someone else. The doctors are also rude, sarcastic, disrespectful and they don’t care about your health. They should all lose their licenses and not be allowed to practice medicine. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about that office."

"I see Jennifer Pope about 4 times a year for monitoring my diabetes. Each visit, I bring questions. For example, I wanted to ask about a shingles vaccine last time. She ALWAYS listens, tells me what she knows, and gives me options. Recently she had to research her response to a question. She got back to me right away. When she wants to change my treatment she explains why. Due to her attentive care, I am making good progress."

"Jennifer Pope was my primary until yesterday. This is a woman I see no more than once a year for no more than 10 minutes a visit. Who has basically been diagnosing me through my once a year blood labs and not even bothering to discuss her diagnosis with me. In fact she added more diagnosis given to me by my cardiologist. Even diagnosed me with an anxiety disorder because I asked her for medication for the stress I was under from taking care of my I’ll mother who is now deceased and I no longer use the medication. Then she adds that I have a history of high blood pressure when that was never something I had a history of until I came to see her. She never has checked my blood pressure. Then she hands me a paper about diabetes through her assistant and has never discussed this with me the past three years for 10 minutes a year visits.she was horrible to me in my appointment for her first wellness exam with me. All I got was you are all these diagnosis have a good day. Oh you need shots go to Walmart.because her records are not accurate. I complained they said they would get me a manager to talk to and they did not. Spent the rest of my day setting up appointments that should have been done through Jennifer for the things like yearly vision, mammograms, cardiologist and urology. I was completely overwhelmed by her never even asking me if I had a question and her never even showing an ounce of concerned for me as her patient and or even discussing such serious diagnosis with me or even any preventive options."
