"I would say that the protocol they followed was quite bad. Perhaps because of how the health system of this center is designed, but there was an absence of a guiding doctor and we felt abandoned in the process. They were slow to respond when we had a question or medical problem or when we needed medical guidance. The Sylvester center sells itself as an institution that personalizes treatment and nothing could be further from the truth. My husband died on Thursday, February 17 and today, February 24, we just received an appointment for two weeks from now. It is so difficult to deal with calling to check on a patient, when you work with such a large staff of nurses? . We are numbers, not people."

"The experience started out good, BUT DON'T USE COVID_ 19 AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO PHYSICALLY SEE YOUR PATIENT IN THE OFFICE!!! DONT PUT IT ON THE NURSE OR PRACTIONER TO DO YOUR JOB AS AN M.D!!! AT THE END OF THE DAY DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND RESEARCH!!!!"
