"Terrible business/logistics model. Doctors and healthcare personnel are terrific. The logistical flow is absolutely terrible. For an 11:00 appointment with doctor for consult and one shot in the arm, we waited in the lobby for the doctor. We were placed in a room and waited a short time for the doctor consult. And then we were sent across the hall for another hour wait to receive one shot in the arm. The process is broken."
