"Usually I’m called back for labs not too long after appointment time. Then a bit longer wait for provider. Yesterday I waited 56 minutes before being called back for labs, and about another 15 minutes to see my provider. But that was rare, I wish there was a way to text patients of delays, as I had many important calls to make and could have had plenty of time to have other labs drawn downstairs before they closed at 4 pm. Apparently the back up ran most of the day. Otherwise the actual medical care has been excellent. Friendly yet professional. Thanks to all, Anne"
