If he doesn’t have the answer, he’s reached out to St. Jude’s and won’t hesitate to put a pin in your question, do the medical research, and follow-up with you for accuracy. He will listen to your concerns. He is truly empathetic towards the health issues of your child. He has cared for my son particularly for more than 16 years and has advocated and fought on his behalf for better care while in-patient on numerous occasions.
