"Bad service, my mom called the office to ask a question and the lady that answered the phone was rude. My mom asked her if she speak Spanish and the lady made fun of her and laughed. Making fun of older people is not correct, we know that we are in USA and we must know English but unfortunately for older people sometimes it is very difficult to learn a new language. Please be a little more mindful for the next time someone calls the office and unfortunately they don't speak your language and ask for help just saying sorry we don't speak spanish is more than enough."

"Wish I could give it a NEGATIVE 5 rating. Do NOT Go hear. Office staff rude, immature and condescending What kind of "professional" medical office doesn't have the correct phone number to verify insurance? if they are a functional professional office they should have all the numbers written down or on a file and not give the patient a hard time because their insurance company customer service number cant provide to them. They should know they need to call the professional line. Really this office is a joke."

"Dr Domenech is an amazing, knowledgeable, Dr. His nurses that work in the back and take care of patients that are receiving chemo are outstanding! The office staff and the person that take care of scheduling need more training, we have been going to this office since February and there has always been an issue with setting up appointments with coordinating with hospitals and etc. it’s frustrating when the patient is putting trust in the hands of the office staff that should know what to do, but they really are clueless!!!!"

"This is absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Being that they are treating Cancer patients you would think they would have empathy and be more caring towards their patients. That is not the case here at all. I brought my 89 year old mother in to be treated for malignant melanoma and was treated with disrespect from the time we entered. Then they said we didn’t have an appointment and to reschedule after I took the day off to take her there. She was upset and crying so I called and asked to speak to the Office Manager and was said she would be with me in a minute. After 22 minutes on hold I was disconnected. I called back and was put on hold for 32 minutes when someone finally came back on and said how can I help you? I again asked for the office manager and they said she was too busy. We will NOT be returning to that horrible, disrespectful place!"

"I didn't get to see or meet Dr. Domenech, he might be an excellent Dr. but I will never know that because his office staff is a "HOT MESS" , I had to contact the " New Patient Coodinator" in order to obtain an appt for my Mother ( an 84 year old Lady), after a few phone calls and after providin all insurance information I was able to obtain an appointment, on the day of the appointment and after a back and fort with the billing office, the front desk assistant, the insurance verificator, the office manager, which by the way they all had a different story about which insurance was primary and which was secondary, I was told that since the Dr. wasn't "in-network" with my Mother's secondary Insurance...she couldn't be seen..Sometimes Drs need to be aware of what kind of people are running their offices, in this case...they are ALL incompetent and somehow rude. I definitely DON'T recommend this office."
