"Came to get an unsweetened tea which they charged 3.28 for and gave me sweet instead. Just purchased a tea in lake placid Dunkin for 1.78. Way over charging and can’t even get it right. Had to throw it away after 1 sip"

"They have great food, if they have it. They run out of many of the items on the board and they have given me the wrong order on a number of occasions, but they replace it on a future visit if they messed up the order. They often run out of the doughnuts we want."

"These workers literally already know my order, and if anyone hasn't heard of upselling, even though they probably don't know they are doing it they are very good at upselling for their company lol. For example my fiancee will ride through they know he ALWAYS grabs me an expresso and occasionally he grabs two so he doesn't have to go back, they will say YOU WANT ONE FOR 2MARROW. lol they don't know me but they KNOW WHAT I LOVE bc my fiancee comes through so much lol. I love this place. The staff are amazing!"

"This Dunkin is inside the BP has station. It's kind of like an express version of Dunkin. They don't have a wide variety of donuts but they're still really good. The staff tends to be quick n friendly at the same time. Everyone I go in there I'm greeted and served quickly. Nothing bad I can say about them really. It's refreshing to go to a fast food place and not hear employees complain about their job while they're filling orders or waiting for some part of a customer's order. It's always clean too."

"I Never know what kind of horrible experience I'm got to get at the window when I go here Tell me why every time I come here these coffee professionals want to be extra flirty with my husband at the window (probably cause we drive nice cars ) and then we pull up and she realizes he wasn't alone today ..AND then mess up my drink then have a "Face" like IM rude because they are too busy flirting and laughing in there to do their simple instant mix jobs... SHAPE IT UP or we definitely will go buy a Keurig and save tons of money"
