"Florida Cancer Specialists is an excellent organization, but my experiences have not all been positive. In my opinion a positive experience depends on with whom one communicates. I am scepticle of your apparent policy of requiring nurses, who are not necessarily qualified, to respond to questions posed by those whom you serve. I don't blame such nurses; I blame the policy. As an aside, I have been very well served by Sherry Azar APRN who is definitely qualified. But I object to receiving calls in response to my questions from nurses not known to me. Concerning a specific annoyance, I sent a series of written questions about my condition over 5 days ago via the CareSpace patient portal, and asked for a response from a specific doctor. I received no such response, although my primary care physician was able to obtain the information and pass it on to me. As far as I am concerned, the long and short of it is: you could do better."

"While dealing with any cancer issue is stressful, having Dr. Grossman and his staff make it easier. They don't keep you waiting the office is well run. If you need a scan there is never a wait and they get you in and out quickly. I hope you never have the need to visit a cancer doctor, but if you do this is the place."
