"The office staff does not document in a patient’s chart when they speak with the patient, then you get 3-4 more calls about the same issue. And you have to tell the problem all over again to the next person and the next one and the next one. A few of them are very RUDE to you and don’t want to listen to what your saying, they just want to get off the phone with you, because in their mind they are RIGHT because nobody has documented any calls between the patient and the office."
