"I'm a new mother and I have had the pleasure of having my daughter treated by some of the best physicians here in Sarasota! My daughter sees Dr. Murphy and she is great with my daughter and always give me the most accurate information and suggestions for treatment. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, except for a few of them. I understand how hectic a workday at the clinic can be for most people, but I do agree that we must continue to exert positive attitudes and energy towards our coworkers and patients. During each doctor's visit, I have experienced a lack of professionalism during check-in and check-out procedures. It's really disheartening and disturbing when dealing with some of the ladies at the front office. They can come off very rude and nonchalant towards me which I think is unacceptable when working with children at a doctor's office. I love my daughter's doctor and the clinical staff there at CCPA. However, some of the clerical staff can be a bit overwhelming."
