Panda Express

"I love Panda Express more than any normal person should, but it's a bit of a hike to the closest one locally. I joked with my wife that I'd be eating dinner here each night of our recent trip. I get that this is a theme park restaurant, but it was surprisingly bad. If this was my first time eating Panda, I'd never try my local ones. While the service was terrible for many reasons I won't bother even getting into, they at least got food on the plate. But the food sadly is so far below the Panda standard. Everything was just soggy and tasted nothing like other Pandas. It's a crime what they are doing here to my favorite dish Beijing beef."

"The waiting time in line is approximately 10 minutes. As I usually do I ordered a Bigger Plate, unlike other locations, in this one the entrees and sides, all they go in the same container, which causes an unpleasant mix between all the ingredients. The best of the dinner was the teriyaki chicken and the noodles. The opposite with the pepper steak, too much sauce, tasteless and excess of vegetables. About customer service It wasn’t the best, the staff wasn’t friendly and apparently he was bothered by customers' questions. Also they don’t have straws for drinks"

"Panda employees at this place act like machines. No motivated at all to satisfy customer. I had to wait almost an hour for my meal even though it was paid for. The excuse is that broccoli wasn’t ready. There were a lot of customers and only one nasty lady at the hot meal line, another nasty lady at the cashiers and one cook. They didn’t like me complaining about the delayed service. Terrible service. Did Not meet my expectations. This was at universal city walk. I thought management should be concerned to give a good service at this important location. At the end, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the were rude and mean to me because I complained. Thanks Panda."

"Beware!!! When they did not give me an extra entrée box for my third entrée, I mentioned how I'd ordered a bigger plate. She said at this location they put the third entrée inside the container. From the picture you can see that they give significantly less noodles to accommodate the third entrée. It's not a good value here."

"Panda Express? I give them credit for cooking the food fast. The negative? Poor amount of food. Really. The cost was high, expected. But, not enough food. See image below. Seriously, it was like one small scoop of each item. Don’t waste your money here. Not recommended I’m calling them out!! Poor!!"
