And I appreciate him so much. He takes his time with his patients and he is truly passionate about medicine and health. I really hope he stays that way because replies like yours are why doctors grow calloused."

"I had an appointment scheduled for 400 pm today and I clearly explained to the receptionist and the nurse that I left work early to get to the appointment on time but there was a lot of traffic. I said I could be there at 4:25 and I asked if the doctor could see me today . The nurse said he wouldn't be able to because it would take me 20 min. to fill out paperwork lol. Maybe that's why the doctor is still accepting new patients. His employees have poor customer service skills."
