"I had to cancel a previous appointment d/t a family death. When I called to reschedule I was offered an appointment quickly without long wait. I was extremely well cared for during my visit. Staff from check in / check out. to phlebotomists to Dr Ning and staff were pleasant, caring and accommodating. Minimal wait time. I have to thank Jo Jo who took my office info for being so kind. When I became weepy during filling out depression scale r/t having just lost my sister she asked me "could you use a hug" in this day and age when no one touches anyone this was one of the kindest thing offered. When Dr Ning entered the first thing he did was give me condolences. Made my visit so personal. Thank you for such wonderful caring an knowledgeable staff."
