"Friendly reception, smiling technicians, low waiting times, great facility"
"0 stars actually. A 76 year old widowed women had cancer on her liver and had surgery. The hospital lied to her daughters saying she is ready to go home, shes able to use the bathroom by herself and that they had her walking up and down a few stairs. She got home and isn't even able to stand up and needs help 100% even sitting up. Her insurance covered 100% of her hospital stay and she could've been transferred to the rehab unit there and the insurance would have paid that as well and the nurses felt she was 100% fine to go home and that is not the case. They should be ashamed and even investigated because they treat the elderly improperly, her daughters said the nurse was so irritated she even had to help her to the bathroom and rolled her eyes. We are absolutely appalled with how some nurses treat their patients. They even said a case worker would call and they never did. Be careful when sending your loved ones to the oncology dept and be 100% aware of everything going on at all times. I sure theres many people who have had good experiences with that dept but this 76 year old lady did not. They even called the daughters and said shes ready to go home 4 days after the surgery and they knew that she was alone most of the day while they work and they said that they had her walking and that she would be fine. They then got her ready and put her in a wheelchair and just pawned her off to the lobby where she called her daughter saying she was sitting in a wheelchair and was in so much pain. I do not reccomend them at all."
