Reviews
"Very nice, clean venue. Easy to get to and Central to most of Brandon."
"This is a wonderful event space for events up to 100 attendees."
"Rented the venue for our baby shower and just wanted to give a quick review. Libby and her staff were very nice and professional. They made my guests and I feel very welcome and they were really easy to work with. The venue was very nice and provided plenty space for us and we were able to provide our own food/drinks/alcohol as well."
"Had my wedding here late 2019, it was perfect! We had about 100 people and it was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and there was still room for a dance floor. It’s nothing fancy, but it was still a pretty nice place and very affordable considering the price of other venues."
"Apparently the whole staff got replaced after the Cares Act employee pay protection ended in late 2020, which is sad, I knew they been there for at least a decade enriching and helping Brandon. Whether they come back or not, I do not know, best of luck to them. Now it looks like the new employees are starting to harass the people enjoying the gazebo near the library at Clayton Lake Trail saying it's private property, even tho it's a county building and the gazebo is not maintained as much as the patio directly outside of Center place. I have been going there every morning and evening for the past ten years without any issues from the old staff, the library, or the county. I wonder if they'll have issues with people parking there so they can walk or jog the trail, feed the ducks, sit on the patio, ect ect?"
