"If I could give a zero I would. I used this practice with Dr. Cohen and was treated well and always spoke to the doctor. This pregnancy I have been several times and not once has the doctor come in to consult. Today my OB recommended I be seen for an issue detected at my appointment. When I called for an appointment they refused to get me in despite having an issue. There is no point in having a specialist if when you truly need help they won’t find the time to evaluate your baby."

"I enjoyed my visits up until my last appointment. During my last visit I had a not so pleasant experience with the tech named Debbie. She had really bad bed side manners and when I wanted to get pics of my baby she told me you can’t see the baby as well because he’s position downwards and I said it doesn’t matter I would like to still get pictures. She had an attitude as if she hated her job and was miserable. I then spoke with Dr. Roa and he apologized and was able to get pictures for me without any issues. The rest of the staff was always nice and accommodating."

"I have been trying to reach this doctor several times for a few weeks now after my OB confirmed they sent a referral. You always get the message that they are out to lunch no matter what time of day it is. The kicker is I already had a perinatal specialist and wanted to switch because of the same reason. Except at that one you could get through in the morning before lunch- this one you can't even get through at 9 AM."
